Role Overview:
The Video & Photo Editor is a core execution role responsible for producing high-quality visual content across short-form and long-form formats. This position sits at the center of content delivery and directly impacts the quality, credibility, and output speed of all media, political, and client-facing work.
This is a high-requirement, high-responsibility role with consistent workload and strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms, campaigns, and media outputs
2. Edit and retouch photographs for social media, campaigns, and branding use
3. Handle daily editing requirements with speed, consistency, and quality
4. Perform color correction and color grading to maintain a professional visual standard
5. Work closely with writers, content associates, and strategy teams to execute briefs accurately
6. Maintain organized project files, timelines, and version control
7. Adapt edits based on feedback and campaign requirements
Requirements
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
Strong working proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Lightroom
Adobe Photoshop
After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
Solid understanding of:
Color grading
Visual composition
Audio-video synchronization
Ability to handle high-volume output without compromising quality

Experience
