Role Overview
The Strategy & Coordination Manager is a central execution role responsible for client handling, campaign coordination, internal planning, and day-to-day operational alignment. This role acts as the bridge between leadership, clients, and the content team, ensuring work moves with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management
Identify, onboard, and manage clients across political, business, and individual categories
Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams
Maintain ongoing client communication, updates, and deliverables
Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor communication and content campaigns
Ensure campaigns align with agreed objectives, timelines, and messaging
Track execution across content, social media, and outreach
Office & Team Coordination
Oversee daily office operations and workflow coordination
Ensure smooth collaboration between editors, writers, interns, and leadership
Track attendance, task completion, and internal timelines
Content Creation & Oversight
Participate directly in content planning and creation when required
Review content for coherence, relevance, and alignment with strategy
Coordinate with editors and writers to maintain quality and consistency
Content Strategy
Develop basic content plans for clients based on objectives and audience
Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules
Ensure content output supports visibility, engagement, and campaign goals
General Responsibilities
Handle additional operational and strategic tasks as required
Support leadership in planning, execution, and problem-solving
Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and professional standards

Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Basic understanding of media, content, and digital platforms

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Strong interest in politics and current affairs
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Telugu
Working knowledge of Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook
Proven ability in communication, event planning, organizing, and scheduling
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic office management capability
Demonstrated interest in reading books and long-form content, contributing to better context, language, and cultural awareness
1–2 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, media, or related roles
Preferred (Additional Skills)
Comfortable handling cameras during events or shoots
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing
Ability to use AI tools as support for work, without overdependence
